1. NOTICE OF RIGHTS

1.1 All digital products are copyright © 2022,2023 Anna Anderson.

1.2 All digital products are sold or gifted for personal use only. They shall not be lent, resold, hired out or otherwise circulated in any form without Anna Anderson's (The Publisher and Copyright Owner) prior consent in writing. No part of any audio recording may be reproduced or remastered in part or in whole for commercial purpose or free public broadcast without Anna Anderson's prior written permission. Storing the purchased or gifted copy by customer on multiple devices is permitted. If you wish to use the purchased audio recording for any purpose other than your personal use, please contact us for permission and the appropriate license.

1.4 The content of this website is copyright © 2022,2023 Anna Anderson. A fair use is allowed for research and academic purposes and social media share. Where citations are used, a full credit note with the website's URL is required.

1.5 Video and audio recording of online sessions and live events is strictly prohibited.

2. DIGITAL DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

2.1 All digital products are provided to the buyer via digital file download in the mp3, pdf and mp4 format. If you experience technical issues with your downloads please contact us. Please note that large files may take longer to download depending on your internet speed so keep your browser open until the download is completed.

2.2 For downloads to Apple devices, we recommend downloading digital products to your desktop or laptop first and then transferring them to your mobile device, as needed. There have been reports of download issues directly to an iphone or ipad due to Apple's restrictions on music downloads.

3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

3.1 Payments for workshops, webinars, online courses and classes are subject to the cancellation and refund policy specified in the event description.

3.2 Change of Mind cancellations of the online sessions (except for Quantum Shift Program) with more than 48 hrs notice before the scheduled time will receive the full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice before the scheduled time will forfeit the refund, unless it is approved under special circumstances at Anna Anderson's discretion. For other cancellation reasons, a rescheduling of the session will be offered to the client.

3.3 The cancellations and refunds policy for the Quantum Shift Program is outlined in The Client Agreement to be signed by both parties prior to the commencement of the Program.

3.4 Purchase of digital products such as audio, video, pdf and any other type of downloadable file is non-refundable and cancellations do not apply once the product has been successfully downloaded.

4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

4.1 At no time and under no circumstances will the Client/Customer hold Anna Anderson trading as Quantum Coaching & Consulting liable for the their decisions, actions and impacts following the Client's/Customer's participation in Anna Anderson's online consultation sessions, live events and use of her digital products.
